The Cut-Out Paper Skill
The cut-out paper is a thousand-year art whose roots are chinese. It is traditionnally made in european convents, and its expansion is mainly due to two swiss artists.
The swiss cut-out is both a folding and a cut-out technique. The symmetrical compositions represent rural landscapes, local folklore and vegetal patterns.
